Lynda Cook

Lynda started her real estate career in 2005 and has received her SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) Designation which gives Lynda additional skills and market knowledge to assist with residential home sales.  Lynda is licensed in the state of South Dakota and is not only versed in residential sales, but also is focused on acreage sales and investment properties.   Lynda truly feels that ?It's important to treat each of my clients as if they are my only client?.  She truly lives this philosophy which has resulted in referrals from clients generating 90% of her business. She is known for giving individualized attention and a personable experience with helping people with one of the largest decisions of their life.

Lynda is a member in good standing of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the National Association of Realtors and feels it is important to give back to the community in which you live in.  She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
