Makenzie Halstead, REALTOR® with EXIT Elevation Realty, services the Beckley, West Virginia in Raleigh County area.  Her coverage area includes Oakhill to Princeton, over to Beckley, so all of Fayetteville and Raleigh counties. As a young homeowner herself, Makenzie loves working with First Time Home Buyers, as she can relate well to their experience! However, real estate investing runs in her bloodline, so she works with investors and resale clientele as well.

 

Makenzie understands that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. She understands the market, the players, and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction.  In 2020, Makenzie launched her career in real estate during Covid, learning that communication is key to getting a deal done, as well as commitment to advanced, ongoing training and education for herself and clients.
