About Mary McIntire
I have been in Real Estate since 1987. Excellent service and referrals are my keys to success. I like to think of myself as a matchmaker for people and their homes.
Listening to clients is crucial to meeting and anticipating their needs. If they are buying, I will help them meet all of their requirements and make the budget work. For sellers, I help them look at the total picture in order to get top dollar. Selling situations can be complicated, in which case, I help pont my clients to appropriate resources or solutions to difficult situatiions.
It's important to me to make sure my clients get all the attention they need, so I only service a number of clients at a time. Referrals are the lifeline of the real estate business, so reputation is crucial. Though I handle most interactions personally, I do collaborate with associates as needed.
I am experienced in many areas of realestate. including single family homes, condos, 2-4 flats, commercial, mixed use and multi-family, leasing and property management, new construction, accessable housing, fix-ups and flips and more.
When I am not working, I enjoy attending music peformances as well as making music myself.
My son, Sam, is my heart. He is now an adult and has Down Syndrome and Arthritis. While there are certainly challenges, life with Sam continues to open a world of wonderful groups and people to grace our lives.
