About Mashunda

My name is Mashunda Hagood and I moved with my family to the Irmo/Chapin Area 10 years ago. I was born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina.

I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties in Columbia and surrounding communities. The Chapin area has experienced incredible growth in the last five years, and has become one of the most desirable areas to live on Lake Murray.

I specialize in helping first-time buyers find their perfect home and navigate the steps prior to pre-approval. 

I have been licensed since 2014 and gained valuable experience working with investors. As well as faciliating commercial property leases.
