For more than 20 years, Matt worked in the environmental sector before deciding it was time for a change — and a career in real estate was the perfect fit. 

Having bought and sold homes and moved several times, including a move from Ontario to Nova Scotia, Matt knows that buying or selling a home is about much more than bricks, walls and paperwork. It’s a major life decision, and having someone you trust in your corner can make all the difference. 

Matt brings a down-to-earth, honest and approachable style to real estate, along with a genuine passion for helping people find the right place to call home. 

Outside of real estate, Matt and his wife have a love for travel and adventure. Their travels have taken them across North America and Southeast Asia, as well as to places including Iceland, China, Costa Rica, Hong Kong and Australia. Each trip has brought new experiences, new perspectives and, usually, a lot of great stories. 

Today, they’ve put down roots in Halifax’s North End with their two Bernese Mountain Dogs and two rescue cats — because apparently two dogs and two cats seemed like a reasonable number. 

When he’s not helping clients make their next move, you’ll probably find Matt exploring Nova Scotia, planning his next adventure, watching soccer, or enjoying the great outdoors.
