My name is Matthew Greiner, your Bradenton Florida real estate agent specializing in assisting buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton, Palmetto and surrounding areas. Throughout my years at EXIT King Realty, I have been awarded the Rookie of the year and Positive Attitude honors.  I have also been recognized over the years for 2+ million in sales volume. I have increased my skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by getting my SRES certification (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and familiarizing myself with market trends to better assist our local seniors.

A little bit about me, I grew up in the east suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. I made the move to sunny Sarasota, Florida in 2001 to attend Ringling College of Art and Design.  After graduating in 2005 with my Bachelors of Fine Art in Graphic Design and Photography, I was fortunate to have an amazing creative career in sports publishing, product branding and home health care. My passion for networking, creativity and helping people guided me to a career in real estate. 

In our off time, my wife, Kristen and I enjoy being active outdoors such as fishing, kayaking, days at the beach and discovering great local spots along the beautiful sunny Florida gulf coast. Our moto is Live like a Local!
