My name is Matthew Premkumar, but you can call me Prem. Family and myself have lived in New Brunswick for the past 21 Years.We love this province and I call the people living here the happiest people in Canada. giv back to this province serving our community

My wife Anjali Premkumar and myself worked together as a Team in Ste. Anne's Court Seniors Retirement Living for the last 12 years. I was the Executive Director and my wife was the Sales Director. Between us we achieved a high occupancy of 100% consistently.

I decided to move to a new season of my life. I knew a few REALTORS who encouraged and mentored me to embark on a new adventure and follow my passion of helping families to establish their roots in a beautiful province by buying and settling in their own homes. My Niche market are newcomers to Canada, first time Home Buyers and people who want to live in this beautiful province. I can converse fluently in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

I am originally from India and prior to coming here our family spent 14 years living in Nigeria. I love the outdoors,camping,fishing and hiking. One of our family adventures has been to climb NB highest mountain Mt Carlton during the Fall. My pastime is walking my dog Benjy a Goldendoodle and meeting other Pet owners in our .
