Melissa Weiss is a licensed real estate salesperson with the Exit Achieve realty.
Prior to Real Estate, Melissa enjoyed 10 successful years in the jewelry business working for the largest jewelry store in the country, Kay Jewlers. Melissa was a top producing manager who was not only responsible for her own store, but for overseeing six other locations, where she helped recruit, train and develop the sales staff for success.
With an affinity for the finer things, Melissa eventually moved into the high-end private and wholesale market where she still remains active exclusively for her friends, family and private clients.
The thrill of the sale and the creativity required for effective marketing have always been key motivators in her career - but she wanted to raise the bar and help people achieve their life goals.
