Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Meredith, a newly licensed real estate agent driven by a lifelong love for homes and architecture. Growing up in Dayton, Ohio, I was captivated by the variety of homes, from modern builds to historic houses over a century old. While my friends dreamed of being astronauts or princesses, I was already practicing as a “realtor,” giving tours of our basement to my “clients”—usually my brother and sister—and proudly closing the deal every time!

Since then, I’ve gone to college, married, and raised three wonderful kids—all while supporting my husband through his Navy career. With 12 years of frequent moves under my belt, I’ve gathered experience from every angle: as a buyer, an out-of-state renter, and a seller. I’ve been through it all, often from a distance, and I’ve learned so much about what works (and what doesn’t!).
