“My husband and I are first time home buyers. Our price point was relatively modest. However, Merrily always made us feel like a priority. Upon our move; in we realized that the previous home owner left debris and furniture outside of the home. Merrily immediately contacted the listing agent, and had the situation rectified. We received a check for $200 dollars in the mail from the listing agent, as well as an apology letter. As we were moving, Merrily called my husband to inform us she got us a housewarming gift!
