Monica Aulestia

I was born in Quito; Ecuador came to the United States at the age of 8.  Was raised in Elmhurst, Queens went to LaGuardia College for Business Administration.  Did my internship at the Port Authority of NY&NJ.  Moved to another company after Graduation and got interested in accounting worked with a Clearing House in the Commodity Exchange for 6 years.  Left there and worked with a couple of CPA firms. My client included Non for Profit and High-end clientele.  Moved to Suffolk County and started a bookkeeping and accounting company with my husband.  This gave me the opportunity to be part of my youngest daughter life.  After a few years I decided to change my path in life and decided to go into Real Estate 7 years ago.  This has given much satisfaction in helping families fulfill their dreams of owing a home.  It makes me happy to be able be part of a young couple getting their first home.  On the sellers end it has also been very satisfying to help the families move on to their next adventure. I go above and beyond to help them with the process to be a smooth as possible for them.  No client is big or small or nothing I can't handle.

 

I like to help the Spanish Community since I'm very fluent in speaking, writing, and reading Spanish, this gives them the trust and security that they need.

 

 I been married for 22 years and a mother of 4.  Last year I was blessed with my Grandson.
