Monica Fedderick

I am currently a Dual Career Agent, looking to transition to Real Estate full time, soon. I have been in various fields of service my entire life. As a school counselor I pride myself on being an advocate for my students and a continual resource for families. I intend on carrying these skills over into my career in real estate, as I advocate for my clients and share resources that will meet their distinct needs. I thrive off of building long lasting relationships. 

After serving in the United States Army, my family and I settled in Prince George's County Maryland. As an adult learner, I earned my Bachelor's Degree at the University of Maryland College Park, with a double major; Criminal Justice & Criminology and Family Science. I went on to earn my Master's Degree of Education in School Counseling from Bowie State University. I have been a Professional School Counselor since 2012. I am the proud mother of 4 adult children and the grandmother to 5 beautiful grands. I enjoy hanging out and spending time with family and traveling.

As an Army veteran, I am excited about the opportunity to serve military members at Fort Meade, Annapolis, and Joint Base Andrews. As a former active duty soldier, I have inside knowledge of the rigors of military life and the stresses related to serving while raising a family.  I have personal experience with the PCS process and all it entails from the time orders are received to the time of arriving at the next duty station.  I look forward to building lasting  relationships with service members and their families as they transition either to or from the Maryland area.  I am credentialed as a Military Relocation Professional through NAR. My personal knowledge of both the PCS and ETS coupled with my training and experience as a Real Estate Professional make me an excellent resource for military personnel as well as local clients looking to buy, sell, or lease a home.

For me it's not about completing a transaction, it's about meeting the needs of each of my clients. Offering a higher standard in real estate where professionalism meets personal attention.  Each of my clients receive elevated service with integrity and care rooted in EXCELLENCE!
