About Nicole
Helping buyers and sellers across Northwest Iowa since 2015, I’m proud to serve the community I’ve always called home. As a lifelong Spencer resident and licensed REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Midwest, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence, honesty, and personalized service.
I am a proud member of EXIT Realty Midwest, the Iowa Great Lakes Board of REALTORS®, the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. I’m also actively involved in the Spencer community as a member of the Spencer Chamber of Commerce and currently serve on the Chamber’s Board of Directors.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me at the soccer or football fields watching my boys play, spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, shopping, or traveling.
