“I came to visit with family in January of this year, 2020. This visit was my first visit to Las Cruces as an adult & from this first day of my arrival here i absolutely fell in love with the town, the people & the easy way of life here. After two days of driving around town by my self, i finally met with Paulina, although she and i had spoken on the phone & i had explained to her my basic likes & dislikes & some ideas that i thought i had, we set out to look at some homes. For two day’s Paulina took me all over town showing me some very beautiful homes that were for sale, both at the top of my price range as well as at the lower end. During my January visit, i was not ready at that time to actually make an offer on a home, so I told her that i needed to return to Denver, Colorado and put my then current home up for sale & that just as soon as i could, i would be back & be ready to purchase a home here in Las Cruces.One point i would like to make clear from the start . . On the first day that Paulina took me out to look at homes i can recall that while she and i were driving around in her car, i suddenly turned to her and said, “Paulina, i have to tell you something. I’ve only met you this morning, but i already feel like you & i are like family!” I’m saying this only because it’s true! Paulina is such a positive, upbeat person & who also is a very up tp date, intelligent Real Estate Agent. One of the first things that i explained to her was that I insisted that she tell me the truth about anything & everything. Mostly i needed her to know that as a single man, looking for a home, i still needed to know if as a woman & real estate agent she thought i would pick something that in her “Professional opinion,” was going to be a mistake or a unwise investment on my part! She said that she completely understood!Paulina & i had a very excellent professional relationship. We had discussed several options that were good for me and some that were not so good.I returned to Denver, sold my home there and during the 6 months it took me to sell my home & settle my personal affairs there i finally returned to Las Cruces. Paulina and I immediately set out to find me my dream home! Let me tell you something, not only did she find me my dream home, she found one that i hadn’t even of dreamed of yet!Buying a home, as everyone knows, is a complicated process . . . Forms to fill out, papers to sign, personal information to give to mortgage brokers, you name it and i had to sign it, complete it get through it! The important part of this process is to know that Paulina will absolutely be there for you “Every step of the way!” I was not left to my own devices one time during the whole process. Paulina was there to guide me through EVERYTHING! And believe me there were so many things to, it made my head spin!I cannot finds the words to adequately explain how happy i was with Paulina Chavez as my Real Estate Agent and now my friend!I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to enter into any type of real estate transaction here in the Las Cruces area.If Paulina says she’s going to call you back, look into something, take care of something . . . You better believe it! She held my hand & walked me through every part of the process!”
