Before entering real estate, Peter and Sonia operated successful retail businesses and a custom swimming pool construction company, giving them firsthand insight into entrepreneurship and property development. They now work closely with their daughter, Alex, a licensed transaction coordinator who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
