Peter worked as Assistant Cruise Director for an elite brand in Europe. Peter was also an Account Manager for several high end and boutique hotel chains, with offices in London and Miami! Most recently, Peter Managed a 220+ Operation which focused again on Customer Service and Sales. With so much time spent in the vein of hospitality, Peter understands that EVERYTHING matters, even the smallest of details, they are all important and all add up to the Customer Experience!
