Philip Duplisea

I have been actively involved in Real Estate in Fredericton and surrounding areas for over 30 years. Since 1999, I have been Broker and co-owner of EXIT Realty Advantage, along with my partner, Dave Sawler. The overwhelming support of the public has helped our company experience unbelievable growth over the years to become Fredericton's leading Real Estate Brokerage.

We have a great team and I am very proud of the company that we have all built together. I have enjoyed working with our Sales Associates and support staff over the years, they are professional, ethical, hardworking and committed. We learn from each other, and the spirit of teamwork within our office continues to flourish. The EXIT philosophy has always been to give back to the community, and that is done through participation in numerous fund raising events and contributions to local charities such as...12 Hours for the Homeless, Bowl for Kids, Community Living, Habitat for Humanity,Local Food Banks and Community Kitchen just to name a few. We have been involved with Habitat for Humanity since EXIT came to Fredericton and a portion of our sales is donated to this organization. We were very fortunate in 2008 to have sponsored and built a Habitat home for local family with special thanks going out to Eldon Toner of Toner Homes.

My involvement in Real Estate has also allowed me to lend a voice to the continued development of this often complex industry. I am a Past President and Director of the Fredericton Real Estate Board (chairing a number of committees) and have sat on the Board of Directors of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association.

I am a lifelong resident of the beautiful city having been raised in Marysville, and continue live in Fredericton with my wife, Terry and our daughter, Danielle.
