Rob Hamel

Rob Hamel is a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Advantage in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and leads Hamel Realty Group. Licensed since 2013 (FCNB licence 190089799), he is a member of the New Brunswick Real Estate Board, the New Brunswick Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Rob came to Fredericton for St. Thomas University, earned his BA and played soccer for the Tommies, and fell for the city and for the woman who became his wife. Before real estate he built a sales career that earned awards for customer service and for top sales production in eastern Canada.

He is also the son of a carpenter, and he grew up on job sites. New construction, renovations, flips — Rob has walked hundreds of them. It is the reason clients hire him: he reads a foundation, a roofline and a mechanical room the way most people read a listing sheet, and he will tell you what a house needs before you find out the hard way.

Rob works with first-time buyers, new construction, military relocations to CFB Gagetown, and investment property across Fredericton, Oromocto and the surrounding communities. Every home he lists is marketed with professional photography, drone, cinematic video and a Matterport 3D tour, because a house presented properly sells for more.

He lives on Fredericton’s south side in Lincoln Heights with his wife and their two kids, coaches youth soccer, and is usually at a field, a dog park or a walking trail when he is not working.
