At EXIT we are all about our agent's growth and development.  Not only your business growth but also your personal development.  Our business plan consists of muli-lines of life including Business, family, health, spirituality.  We have found that with an industry as robust as our agents can get lost in the shuffle and struggle to balance business and life which leads to burn out and unhappiness.   We offer trainings on a wide variety of topics including personal development.  We have local trainings and corporate trainings and want to ensure our agents are successful in a well-rounded way.

A bit about me, grew up in Hingham, Ma and graduated in 2003.  I have always known what I wanted to do which was be a general manager of a professional sports team.  I pursued a degree in sport management and upon graduating from Nichols College in 2007 I was hired at Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer.  While at the job I set up a meeting with the general manager and simply asked the question.... How do I get your job?  I am quite shy if you can tell... He simply said you do not and for a simple reason.  They want to hire people who have played at the professional level and understand what the players needs and wants are.  I thought well there are plenty of GM's that have not played so decided that I did not like that answer.  Over the next few months, I watched him closely to see what the job was all about and have to say I did not like what I saw.  He primarily lived at the office and was constantly on the go.  I am a family man and wanted to settle down and knew I wanted to enjoy my family at some point and I did not see that happening with a job like that so I decided to pivot and move to a different industry.

I now live in Sebastian with my wife Colleen and two children Liam and Fiona.  I have owned my own businesses for 6 years now (insurance company started in 15 and EXIT Right Realty started in 18) and can offer our agents a wealth of knowledge, mistakes and successes to assist in the development of their business.  EXIT also has the supportive culture that can offer a diverse menu of people who have done it all in this industry and are willing and able to offer their stories and advise when asked.
