Houses got into Bob's blood early on. First watching as his Dad and uncles built the family home, and then hammering nails on relatives houses and the family cottage. Ultimately remodeling his own homes, and helping to build friends homes and cottages.

This, combined with experience of a few years in the county health department, led to 5 years of part time work doing home inspections for one of the areas first home inspection companies.

Bob is a lifelong resident of the Triple Cities area, raised in Johnson City where his father was a successful small businessman.

Being a native brings in-depth community and market knowledge of the area.

As a proud graduate of BCC and Cornell with degrees in Environmental Technology, he likes to reference the Mark Twain quote 'I never let my education get in the way of my learning.'

Bob is a seasoned sales professional having worked with a variety of customers from national chains to corner stores.

His success with 17 years in the Outdoor and Ski industries, in retail management and as a manufacturers representative, was built on a client-first philosophy putting his knowledge, motivation, determination, and genuine caring personality to good use.

Bob's effective negotiating skill and complex sales transaction expertise were further developed during 12 years in sales and management at renowned publisher Penguin Group (USA).
