Ryan Stavnes

Ryan Stavnes is one of the originals from the very first day within the EXIT Realty of Helena team. Prior to joining EXIT Realty of Helena in April of 2015, Ryan was locally assisting local, regional and national clients with their local business development goals through marketing and advertising services in the medium of television broadcasting. His marketing skills, consulting and expertise all have a loyal local following amongst the public and the business community.

Ryan enjoys giving his clients the best and utmost real estate service with advanced designations with the following designations:

- the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI),

- the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which only approximately 2% of  USA realtors have,

- the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation,

- the e-PRO certification for digital marketing, serving buyers and sellers alike.

In addition, as of October 2023, Ryan also has been awarded with the Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist designation (CPRES), assisting those individuals and families with their deceased person's home sale.  

In his high school, college and post-college days, Ryan gained and enjoyed valuable experiences within the restaurant, hotel, political and media marketing/promotional/sales industries, all of which were insightful, valuable, and instrumental into his professional upbringing. All these experiences will translate effectively in to the real estate industry and be of great asset for his clients.

Ryan is involved in the local community, serving in a variety of capacities. Ryan says "Being involved in a community in which you were born and raised is "the right thing to do". Ryan served as a member of the Board of Directors of Helena Industries, an organization employing individuals with disabilities. Ryan also served as Chairman of the local Helena Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals association in 2013. He has served as Parade Chairman for the Downtown Helena Inc., Parade of Lights holiday event, for 2011 - 2019 He served as Chairman of The Placer Condo Association from 2014 to 2020, and in 2024, and he is involved in the nonprofit organization Friends of The Placer, to raise dollars to renovate one of Helena's most distinguished and historic buildings. Ryan presently serves on the Family Promise of Greater Helena Board, as a Treasurer. Ryan was also one of the youngest and had one of the longest tentures on the Downtown Helena Business Improvement District (BID) board, from 2014 to 2024

Ryan knows the local Montana market, as a local. His membership within the Montana Regional MLS allows him the chance to serve his clients in other than Helena areas, including cities in Western Montana such as Missoula, Kalispell and the Flathead region, the Bitterroot Valley, Butte, and Great Falls, and all cities and towns in between.

In addition, he can assist clients nationwide through a referral network nationwide, throughout the USA and Canada too.
