My background: Originally from Riverview my husband and I recently returned to be closer to family after many years in Ontario. You can take a girl out of the East coast but you can't take the East Coast out of a girl :)  I am a classically trained Homeopath, Certified Holistic and Sport Nutritionist and an accomplished long-distance marathon and ultra runner. Over the past 25 years I enjoyed counselling and educating clients on how to make positive changes in their health and wellness routines through complimentary medicine and coaching clinics at the Running Room. Currently I enjoy adapting and developing new recipes for vegan diets, curling up with a good book, watching HGTV and spending time outdoors with my husband of 30 years along with our dog Ida.
