Shannon Hays-Gruss

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and relocated to the Southern Tier in 2000.  I spent almost twenty-five years in corporate America gaining experience in Sales, Marketing and outstanding Customer Service before beginning my career in real estate.  For the past decade, I have earned a reputation for integrity, expertise, and a passion for helping my clients achieve their real estate goals.  I am committed to transparent communication and personalized service with buyers and sellers alike.  

I understand that real estate transactions can be both exciting and challenging, and I am committed to guiding my clients through the process with ease and confidence.  I have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.  Whether I am assisting first-time home buyers in finding their dream property or helping seasoned investors navigate complex transactions, I approach each client with  enthusiasm for their unique needs. 

When I am not helping my clients, I am actively involved in our community.  You can find me volunteering for local charities, participating in neighborhood events, and advocating for local businesses.
