Shawn Arbeau

Shawn Arbeau is a devoted husband and father of four with strong family values, believing his experience raising a family enhances his ability to understand and support his clients. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has a solid background in business, with a career spanning technology and finance. He has held roles in banks and pension funds that combine IT and financial expertise.

Shawn pivoted his love for real estate into a career and quickly excelled as a Realtor®. Having spent part of his life in Australia before moving back to New Brunswick, he brings a unique perspective to his work. In 2024, he merged his passions for real estate and finance by joining the New Brunswick Real Estate Board as a Director, where he currently serves as Chair of the Finance Committee. His unwavering commitment to clients, strong work ethic, and passion for helping others led to continued success, culminating in his ownership of EXIT Realty Elite in 2025.
