I no longer originate loans, but my background in finance is a major advantage when navigating today’s complex real estate market. Before my real estate career, I served as Senior Vice President at Principal Financial Group, where I led a national acquisition division, managed more than 400 underwriters, and worked closely with Wall Street firms. That experience taught me the value of precision, communication, and creative problem-solving — skills I bring to every client relationship. I relocated to Pagosa Springs in 1995 from Los Angeles in search of a better quality of life, and I’ve been passionate about helping others find their own piece of Colorado ever since. I’m also well-versed in local development projects throughout Durango and Pagosa Springs.
