Shelley Sainato

Shelley O'Connell Sainato holds a Broker's license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. With over 35 years of real estate and mortgage experience, Shelley provides expert guidance to home buyers. In addition, she has sound advice for home sellers, assisting them through a highly effective marketing plan to bring multiple buyers to their doorstep. Her prior mortgage expertise is instrumental in helping sellers select qualified buyers.  Shelley has helped hundreds of satisfied clients and testimonials are available upon request.

A fourth generation Wilmington native, Shelley holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston. Shelley is married to David Sainato, a special education professional. Together they have two children, Colin, who recently earned his Masters Degree in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and Madelynne, a Dental Hygiene major at Regis College.

Shelley is a member of the Greater Boston Board of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, The New Hampshire Lakes Region Association of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors. Shelley previously served on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors and past Chairperson of the EMAR Conference Center and Education Committee. Shelley was previously involved with Wilmington Youth Hockey Association's Fundraising Committee and a past member of their Board of Directors. Shelley is an active member of the Tewksbury-Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.

When Shelley is not serving her clients, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, trivia, sporting events, and live music.
