Shelley Watson

I have been a resident of Lapeer since late 2003. I began working in the field of real estate as a Property Manager at an upscale community in Auburn Hills, several years ago. In 2006, I became an unlicensed assistant and obtained my Real Estate license in 2007 to take on more responsibilities. I also won the Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of Realtor's Rookie of the Year award in 2008, the Top Producer Award for Exit Realty Group 2008-2015 as well as the Top 100 Club 2010-2014. I have been consistently among the Top 5 Exit Associates in Michigan in both Listings and Sales month after month and was awarded Top Producer for Gross Closed Commissions for Exit Realty Michigan 2009-2014. I also served as Secretary on the board of Directors for 2010, as both Secretary and Treasurer for 2011, President Elect 2012, Board President 2013, Past President 2014, a Director 2015 and was recently voted President Elect for 2016. I was voted Realtor of the Year for 2011. I have also participated in a habitat for humanity build. I am a wife and mother of 2 and am active in my son and daughter's schools and sports.
