Hi! I'm Stacey Hayes, a real estate agent serving the greater Louisville metropolitan area, and other KY counties. I'm so excited to help you navigate one of life's biggest decisions -- buying or selling a home! 

My approach to real estate is relatively simple: listen to my client's needs, communicate often and efficiently, and always put my clients' best interests first. With a large purchase, a relationship with an agent could feel transactional, but my goal is to always make the process personal, as this could be the largest, most important, and most personal purchase of someone's life! Whether you're looking to purchase your first home, looking for your next chapter as life evolves, selling a property or simply trying to understand your options, I'm here to make the process feel clear, manageable, and fun!

My professional background has taught me the value of being dependable, organized and having a keen eye for detail, but it's my genuine love for real estate and helping people that brought me to this profession. I'm committed to being the person my clients can count on -- from our first conversation, all the way to the closing table.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with the people (and pets!) I love, coaching high school volleyball, betting on the ponies, trying a new restaurant, at the lake or enjoying everything that makes Kentucky feel like home.
