I want to give kudos to Sue.  From the beginning she has been extremely helpful in pointing out what I needed to do to get my house sold for the price I wanted.  More importantly, she worked hard at negotiating with buyers to insure they fully understood where the home value was to make negotiations move in my favor.  That turned out to be huge for me and resulted in my getting full price for my home.  I have done many real estate transactions in the past but never have I seen a realtor work that hard to be available and to represent me so zealously.  I was not one of a crowd, I was a special focus to her.
