Suzi Wolford

With 34 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, I've had the privilege of serving clients throughout the Greater Charlotte area. My passion for real estate runs deep, and I truly enjoy guiding buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey.  Whether you're a first -time homebuyer, move up buyer, a seller, empty nester or investor, I'm committed to helping you make informed, confident decisions. 

Over the years, I've built a career rooted in service, professionalism and results.  I am past president of Central Carolina Association of REALTORS and have been honored as REALTOR of the year.  I've also served proudly served on various committees within the association, reflecting my dedication to both my profession and community.

Outside of real estate, I'm an active member of the China Grove Service Club and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the South Rowan YMCA.  When I'm not working with clients, I love spending time with my Husband, Family and cheering on my grandkids at their sporting events.
