As a Buyer's agent I guide buyers thru the mortgage pre-approval process, locate that perfect property in the desired neighborhood/school district within their budget; assist buyer's with negotiating and submitting offers and walk with them thru the contract-to-closing process; if needed, provide assistance in locating down payment assistance, and  walk buyers thru the home buying process every step of the way.

For buyer's and sellers I oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
