Terry Shelburne

Terry Shelburne is no stranger to hard work. Having owned a landscaping business for 17
years (and 23 years in the industry), he knows what it takes to get things accomplished and can
interact with anyone comfortably.

Terry started playing the violin at the young age of 10 and
by College, he was performing with the Jackson Symphony (10 seasons) and then the Abilene
Philharmonic. After earning his Masters Degree in Education with a teaching concentration,
Terry started teaching in Knoxville, TN and later relocated to Mobile Alabama.

Terry's desire to excel in everything he does is evident and that goes for his real estate business
as well. He markets to a wide base of people and goes "old school" with mailing
hand-written postcards. Laughter is Terry's signature trait and it's contagious. His areas of
expertise include lots & land, residential homes & beach property, commercial buildings, and is
