Tess Purkey is a newly licensed Realtor with EXIT Realty Southern Select, bringing a strong foundation in sales and client service to her real estate career. With experience in elevator sales, Tess has developed valuable skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving that serve her well in today’s fast-paced market. She also works on the brokerage’s property management side, gaining hands-on experience with tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations.

Currently pursuing an online design certificate, Tess combines her interest in design with real-world real estate knowledge to help buyers envision potential and assist sellers in presenting their homes at their best. Having grown up around the real estate industry, Tess is excited to build her own career while contributing to a team focused on professionalism, service, and results.
