Tim Kilcrease

I have lived in the Sulphur, LA area now for 19 years.  I originally came here from Houston while working in the industrial construction industry.  I really enjoyed the area, the culture and of course, the food!  After about a year I decided that I was done with big city life and moved to Carlyss.   I worked in the construction industry for the next 15 years.  After that I became a self-employed, small business owner and licensed realtor.

I am proud to be a part of the EXIT Realty Southern team here in the Sulphur/Lake Charles area!  EXIT Realty was the first international real estate company started after the introduction of the internet, and it shows.  They are merging new technology with the core values that have already been established in the real estate industry for decades.  That translates into a more informed buyer/seller and a more efficient buying/selling process overall!
