My name is Tim Dorety, and I am proud to help buyers and sellers throughout South Jersey navigate the real estate market with confidence. As someone who knows and values this community, I enjoy helping clients find not just the right home, but the right place to build their future.

I have been a licensed Realtor since October 2024 and a Certified Residential Appraiser since August 2020, which gives me a unique advantage when helping clients understand home values, pricing strategies, and current market trends. I graduated from Stockton University in 2022, and I bring both professionalism and a strong client-first mindset to every transaction. I work with buyers and sellers across South Jersey and am committed to providing honest guidance and strong communication every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family, staying active at the gym, fishing, and spending time at the country club. I believe real estate is always about relationships first, and I take pride in building trust with every client I work with.
