Hi, I’m Earnestine (Tina) Gilliom.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, and I know how much is riding on it. I’ve been through it myself. I’ve bought a home and I’ve sold one, so I understand the excitement, the nerves, and the late-night “what if” questions. When I bought and sold, I had fence issues, thank goodness I had excellent Real Estate Agents in both transactions to resolve the issue and get me to the closing table.

That experience is a big part of why I became a real estate agent. I want you to feel guided and cared for, not overwhelmed. I take the time to listen to what matters to you, explain every step in plain language, and advocate for you from your first conversation to the day you get your keys or hand them over.

I live in Cumberland County and have called Hope Mills home since 2023. I’m still discovering the little things that make this community special, and I love sharing what I learn with the people I work with. I’ve come to know the area well, and I’d be glad to help you find your place in it.
