“Are you looking to buy or sell a house in the Murfreesboro area? Look no further, because Tony Crabtree will take care of you! My wife and I met Tony when we decided we should look in to owning instead of renting. With no clue what we were doing, we went to an open house. We missed the open house, but gave the realtor a call to see if the house was still available. This was how we met Tony. The house had already sold, but Tony offered to sit down and walk two kids (who had no clue what they were getting into) through the entire process. A few days later we were pre-approved and looking for our new home. Tony was there EVERY step of the way. We went so far as to send him houses at midnight and he had an appointment ready by 8:00 the next morning. We were in a position that isn’t typical. Not only was this our first house, but every problem you can think of was thrown at us throughout the entire process. After about three months of searching and making a few offers, we were five days away from closing. Then the terrible news came: our loan had fallen through. Long story short, our budget was cut by about 1/3 overnight. We were heartbroken. But Tony wasn’t. Tony took it in stride and immediately started the process over again. At one point there were less than 12 houses in all of Murfreesboro that were in our new price range. Tony meticulously combed through them all and every new house that came on the market for weeks. He refused to give up on the two kids that called his cell on a random Sunday afternoon. Now, those two kids are homeowners and have made a lifelong friend.
