Vic Carpenter

I'm Vic Carpenter, a realtor with Exit Realty Group located in downtown Lapeer Michigan.  I am a lifelong resident of the Lapeer area and currently live in the Columbiaville area.  After graduation from Lapeer High School I attended Mott Community College in Flint and served four years active duty with the United States Air Force.  After returning to Lapeer upon my military discharge I started to work for the State of Michigan.  During my 34 years with the State of Michigan I worked as a patient attendant at Oakdale in Lapeer, an Office Manager at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry at Ypsilanti State Hospital, and in various capacities with the Michigan Department of Treasury.  I retired from the Michigan Department of Treasury in October 2002.  During my time with Treasury I was involved with Collections, Auditing and supervision on various internal projects. I started into Real Estate shortly after my retirement from the state of Michigan.
