Joanne and I moved from Massapequa N.Y. to Palm Beach County in 1989. I have been in the Real estate industry for 14 years.  We joined a major company upon obtaining my sales license and within one year, my wife Joanne and I were the top producers in an office of 80.  Having spent my life in many entrepreneurial endeavors, I decided rather quickly we could do this better and purchased our first Exit Franchise and we have grown to 2 offices and 120 agents.  We have won a number of Exit Prestigious awards including Top Producing Brokerage, and Broker of the year.  We attribute our growth and success by treating you, the Associate, as our customer and take great pride in supplying our agents with the tools, services, and opportunities to assist you in growing your business.
