Yahaira Trejos

Welcome! My name is Yahaira Trejos, and my family and I have been part of the Spring community for over 20 years. I have personally experienced the great things this town can offer a first-time buyer.

I am a Champions School of Real Estate graduate and have greatly connected with EXIT Realty’s goal of dedicating and committing to our clients first. Our brokerage has been helping clients in the surrounding communities for over 15 years. Originally from Nicaragua, my family and I migrated to Miami initially and gravitated to the North Houston area in 2005. I have spent most of my career in student nutrition and have hands-on experience in serving the next generation of this community and felt it natural to gravitate to real estate.

In addition to contributing my time to my business, I can be found spending time with my daughters or planning our next travel destination, but my true favorite pastime is being nestled in my home with a warm cup of tea and enjoying a Hallmark movie.
