Yvonne Creswell

Yvonne Creswell, REALTOR®, EXIT 1 Stop Realty in Jacksonville, Florida was a military wife for 23 years, moving around during that time. While they were stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, Yvonne decided to go to school to study accounting and shortly after receiving her certification they were sent to Jacksonville Florida. After retirement in 2008, her and her family decided to remain in Jacksonville to raise their four children and call our beautiful city home!

 

While Yvonne's husband served on the USS Saratoga in Mayport, she once again decided to go back to school to be a paralegal. Yvonne worked under an accident attorney for almost a year but ultimately decided that was not the career for her. It was when they were purchasing a home that Yvonne was introduced to the real estate industry and fell in love with pursuing that opportunity as a career!

 

While it took a few years for Yvonne to finally decide to move forward with being a real estate agent, she certainly stayed productive during that time gaining valuable skills and knowledge working for the PGA Tour and also writing a children's book called, "Girvin the Tree Monster". After writing her book, she received the Volunteer of the Year award from Mayor Peyton of Jacksonville. 

 

Yvonne also serves as a volunteer for the American Red Cross and assisted in several natural disaster efforts. She has a passion to serve others hence becoming a REALTOR® is a dream come true for her! Yvonne will strive to provide the best service she can to make homeownership a dream come true for her customers!
