Zach Johnston

Hi, I'm Zach Johnston and I’ve called Minnesota home for the past 10 years. I’m proud to serve the community I live in and enjoy helping buyers and sellers navigate the local market with confidence. Martin, Fairbault, Jackson, and Watanwon counties are all within my service area. 

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an emphasis in Investment Analysis. From there I moved to the Fairmont/Martin County area where I have lived for the last 5 years. 

With 8 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in exterior remodeling, I bring a hands-on understanding of homes and the work that goes into maintaining, improving, and increasing their value. My construction background allows me to look beyond the surface and help clients recognize both the opportunities and potential challenges that come with a property.

My experience in real estate is also personal. I owned and operated a rental property in Mankato for several years, giving me firsthand experience with property ownership, investment decisions, maintenance, and the responsibilities that come with being a landlord. Combined with my background in construction, this experience gives me a practical perspective on real estate that I’m able to bring to my clients.
