Building site #19: The Slate River meanders right through the backyard of this large homesite • The neighborhood of Aperture is made up of 23 single family building sites, ranging from 0.32 to 0.96 acres • Contiguous to the Town of Crested Butte • Entrance is from Gothic Road (CR 317) on to Pyramid Avenue, Bridge will span the Slate River leading into a private neighborhood that is walkable to town • Owners may build up to 5,000 sq. ft. of finished space with an extra 750 sq. ft. of detached/accessory building for garage or additional living space • Amenities include private homeowner river park with grilling, fire pits, covered pavilion, recreation lawn and private river access for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and other water activities • A landscaped pedestrian trail along the west side of the Slate River will provide a connection to the Mt.
