This house will make all your friends jealous! It’s pretty, and pretty much all new! The major renovations started back in 2020 when the house was connected to the new public water infrastructure and a new hot water heater was installed. Once those expenses were paid it was time for new A/C in 2022. But what good is an efficient HVAC system with old windows?
