UNIT 604: This home is in Golden Beach, which is only 0.5-mile work or bike ride to the deeded beach access that is limited only to neighborhood residents and guests. This allows guests to use the private beach access which includes parking, outdoor shower, picnic tables, and a gazebo. With two beds, 1 full bathroom and 1 extra utility room with toilet and a sleeper sofa that increases the available accommodation to sleep six guests, this house offers fantastic value. Luna Sea is one of a very few available Venice Island homes that can be rented for shorter stays (as short as 1 week). You can also rent Luna Sea for a month or more at discounted rates.
