There is a nonrefundable $75 application fee per adult, which must be submitted along with a signed rental application, a copy of your ID, recent pay stubs, and pet information with pictures if applicable. Upon tenant approval, a $195 admin lease fee, as well as the security deposit, first month's rent, non-refundable pet fee, and pet rent (if applicable) will be due. Renter's insurance is a requirement.
