The other cabin has a queen in each bedroom. All cabins have central heat and air. Each one has a 40' smart TV with Dish Network, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and an alarm clock/radio. All cabins will also include all furniture and decor, porch furniture, all linens, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, fire pits and grills. Caretakers Cabin: 20' x 36'. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with 1 1/2 car garage. This cabin is not furnished but appliances will remain. Fencing belongs to the caretaker and will be removed. Owners cabin: 12' x 24'. Full b Tath, couch makes into a queen bed. Refrigerator will stay. Block Building: This structure is complete on the outside but is unfinished on the inside. It is ready to be a 4 bath, laundry facility with storage. It is fully wired and plumbed and has lines for heated floors. Power, gas and water are at the building. Items included in the storage area are campsite fire pits, picnic tables, and plastic chairs. There is also an alcove that the owners use for stacking firewood bundles for sale. Power has been extended east of the building to accommodate future expansion. There is also a covered pavilion with concrete floor, electricity, fire pit, grill, 4 wooden picnic tables and a playground area with a mock pirate ship. All 4" x 4" posts and utility poles have electrical boxes on them. There is a full security system as well. Truly a TURNKEY operation.
