Oh my ... New Roof, New gutters, New garage door before close ... Living in country with 3.42 acres, with pond and so very convenient to shopping, schools, highway ... Oh look at this beautiful pool...lots of time will be spent on the large covered deck and in ground pool....so relaxing when you have coffee in the morning and when you come home from work...you really need to see inside as home does not look large from the exterior but very very spacious. Huge family area when enter...then the kitchen and eating area are also large. primary bedroom is 'huge' ...and will love the primary bath...with your own deck for evening talks.....2nd 3rd bedroom is bright and light...and lower level Lower level is just for fun and has exit to the side yard (acreage..) Such a great family home... The pond is so inviting ..lot of fishing time...teach those kiddo how to fish...Living on acreage is so great...
