Fully stocked and furnished two bedroom carriage house on a private street in Grosse Pointe Farms available for lease. Laundry on site, lawn and snow included in the rent. No pets or access to yard space. No smoking. First months rent is due with the application. All adults over the age of 18 must fill out an application and submit some proof of income. The first application is free, each additional is $50. A one month security deposit will be due at lease signing if approved.
