We are told that during the rut, when the lake is drained, several bucks can be seen chasing does in the high grass where the lake was. In short, this may be one of Michigan's best deer and waterfowl hunting properties, and we don't say that lightly. The road/trail systems on the property have been very well maintained and are in excellent condition. All the food plots, stands, and blinds can be easily reached. This property will make someone a true hunting and recreational paradise, or perhaps you and your hunting buddies want to partner in a property. This is the perfect property for that.
